Alex Holt was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer of Woolworths Group in June 2021. Prior to this, Alex oversaw the group’s sustainability portfolio as General Manager of Sustainability, Health and Quality from April 2016.
Alex joined Woolworths Group in 2011 from Tesco having worked across a number of roles in business improvement, buying and category management. Alex is also a Non-Executive Director of Foodbank Australia, one of Woolworths’ key hunger-relief partners.
